Well fellow knotheads it is the end of one decade and the start of a new one and 2010 is here. Now, those purveyors of quality roots music since 2001, the Pineknot Music Co-Op has just the show to jump start the new decade and to get our 9th year of existence started with a bang. So with out further adieu here we go.

Grant Harris 8p-8:30p - An East Texas native, Grant has a keen insight into the people and places of our neck of the woods and puts a lot of work into the songwriting process and his original tunes reflect this heritage and dedication.
  
Adam Lamar  8:45p-9:30p  - Adam is one of my personal favorites and we are pleased to have him back at the PMC. Quality songwriting, inspired covers, great singing and playing, that's Adam and that equals really good music.
 
Miki and the Cowbells 9:45p-10:30p - Our very own Miki Lynn has a new band and they are really good. Saw them at a party recently and knew I had to get them to the Pineknot. You got Miki on guitar and of course vocals, Big John Heath on guitar, Susan Umbarger on vocals, Ken Umbarger on drums, Mark McLain on bass, and Josh McLain on washboard and harmonica. Tunes range from C&W to R&R and all points in between.

2010 Pineknot dates. All shows are on Friday and show time is 8pm.

All shows will be at Millards Crossing Historical Village, 6020 North Street Nacogdoches. Millards Crossing is located on Hwy 59 just North of Nacogdoches Medical Center Hospital (Loop 224) on the right. 

What a great way to start 2010 season and we want all of you to be a part of it. So please be sure to spread the word and we will see Friday January 22nd at beautiful Millards Crossing, the home of the Pineknot Music Co-Op.
